Deap Vally - Gonna Make My Own Money

After spending a lot of time listening to Deap Vally over the past few years, they haven't really featured on my radar at all over the last year or so. Listening to them earlier in the week in the office, it made me realise just how much I like these guys and that I need to give them a listen a bit more often than I have been because I completely enjoy their grungy, attitude filled rock and roll.



Caribou - Odessa

I absolutely adore Caribou and when I heard this played on 6Music earlier this week, it was the perfect track to pick up my working day and really get me in the mood for more tasks to do. The upbeat disco, synth, funk tracks are absolutely perfect for the summer in a festival field or just to pick you up on a grey day. One of my favourite bands around at the moment.
